Stormwater Retention Pond Hydraulic Monitoring at Seattle
Tacoma International Airport, Port of Seattle (2002-2004)
Taylor Associates, Inc. monitored inflow and stage in two stormwater detention ponds using H-flumes and automated water level logging instruments. Taylor Associates, Inc. designed one of the H-flume installations which was subsequently constructed by a Port of Seattle contractor. Additional project responsibilities included operating loggers, conducting flow measurements, maintaining equipment, reviewing data, and preparing status reports.
