Stormwater Treatment Technology Evaluation, City of Seattle
(2001-2004)
Taylor Associates, Inc. was responsible for monitoring and evaluating the efficacy of three stormwater treatment BMPs which consisted of the Downstream Defender, Stormceptor, and Vortechs technologies. Other project duties included developing the quality assurance project plan, installing monitoring equipment, monitoring stormwater quality, reviewing and analyzing data, and reporting project results. Monitoring results are supporting decisions regarding the wider-scale application of these technologies in the City of Seattle.
