Flow splitting device designed and fabricated by Taylor Associates, Inc. to split off a representative sample portion from a 100-gallon discharge during laboratory testing of a storm water media-cartridge treatment device. Flow splitter was constructed completely out of HDPE plastic and minimal stainless steel hardware.   Pseudo-temporary storm water outfall monitoring station utilizing automatic sampler, bubbler flow meter, and 12-inch Thel-Mar weir. This station was installed and completely operational within 24 hours after discovering that recent local grading had diverted surface flow away from an existing sampling station.
